Not so clean or comfortable Our stay here was beside pleasant... but it got the job done. I was traveling with a one year old and I didn't want to put him down on the ground. Under the beds was DISGUSTING!! The carpet was wet and there was junk in the corners of the room. The bedding was clean so I had to keep my one year old on the bed and we wouldn't walk in our bare feet on the carpet! It was in a good location though and the staff was nice. Terrible stay Among one of the worst stays I have experienced. Don't know why Expedia even keeps Extended Stay on its list. Staff totally clueless, garbage on landings piled up when we arrived on Friday, still there when we left Sunday. Total nonsense about their "new breakfast offerings" in their big ad campaign. Nothing more than a couple of apples and a jug of coffee.

Simply Terrible Needing an economical option for a longer stay, I chose this hotel for the reasonable rate. Front desk staff was disinterested and unfriendly upon check-in and very unhelpful with the questions that I had regarding laundry and other details. Walking up the stairway to the room, I noticed that the stairs and the walkways were filthy and unswept and the railings were rusted with rust stains down the walls below them. Confusing - two Extended Stays on same block We were disappointed. We thought we were staying at a hotel, but our booking ended up being at a motel (room doors faced the outside). There are two hotels on the same block by the same name. Their sister hotel across the street was the one we thought we had made our booking for. The room was run down, toiletries are not provided in the room, you have to go to front desk just to ask for soap. However, the bed was firm and did sleep well - about the only thing going for the room.

Toliet was dirty and stopped up. Had to change rooms. At 69 years old, had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to 3rd floor room because there is no elevator.. Won't stay there again.

Our recent stay over the weekend at Stay America After reviewing several of your hotels online, we decided that Stay America looked like a great value for the price and according to the website pics, a nice place to stay. There were no room amenities such as shampoo, hairdryer, ice buckets for the hotel didn't have ice service. We were in a smoking room and when we discovered no ashtray we called the front desk and was told to come get one ourselves instead of someone actually bringing us one. hideous Trash in stairwell. Cancelled my res because I didn't check in by 6, huh? Smelled in the room. Stains on the sheet....

Somewhat disappointing stay. Our room was pretty clean. Our bed was pretty comfortable, but no one came back to offer new towels, making of our bed, or any follow up help in 5 days, 4 nights. Also, there was a lot of employees talking outside our doors early in the morning, over and over again, the garbage smell wafted into our room as our front door was right outside the stairwell and garbage cans, and dogs barking a lot next door to us. So, our rest was limited. We won't book again at your hotel chain as a result. So sorry... read more

I couldn't find the front desk It made me wish I booked somewhere else. There was no breakfast as advertised. I had to be on 2nd floor when I needed 1st floor for mobility issues. Dirty and trash inthe stairway.
