Not so much... If you advertise non smoking then make it a non smoking room. Clean room it was not. Sorry
Get what you pay for For the price the hotel was fine. We had no maid service for some reason and we stayed 2 nights so no fresh towels... We had to ask for towels, wash clothes the first night as there was only one towel in the room. Bed was as hard as a rock... Couldn't find an ice machine and the cubes in the freezer were OLD....continental breakfast was muffins in plastic bags and coffee or hot chocolate packs...but the shower was amazing!!

We have stayed several times and was always happy with our stay. This time we tried to get directions on line and they sent us the wrong way. It took us 45 minutes to find the hotel and we were 2 blocks from there when we called. The young lady at the check out desk was not friendly or helpful. The room was dirty, the mattress was horrible, no extra blanket, sink was loose in the bathroom and no elevator. Our experience was very disappointing
Worst customer service ever, dirty room
Terrible The hotel was shabby, worn out, poorly kept and they had no cleaning services for our entire stay and on Sunday they didn't even have coffee and NO ONE to be seen anywhere, not even to check out. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Front desk not 24-hour like hotel.com advertises!! The biggest problem that I have with this hotel is that the front desk closes at 11. We were lucky enough that the front desk person took a long time closing up so she could give us a room. A gym was also advertised, but that was not included. HOTELS.com should do more research to ensure that their hotel advertisements are actually correct. 1 star, if that The front staff was nice, but it was downhill from there. While the exterior of the hotel looks good from the pictures, the interior of our room in the second building was horrible. There were bugs all over the bathroom, the kitchen was dirty, and the heater didn't work right. It would blow hot for about 1/2 an hour, than switch and blow cold for 1/2 an hour until it switched back. I would not recommend staying here.
