Worst motel I ever stay at! 1st room I was given was filthy and had not been cleaned. The second room smelled like smoke. It was the worst motel I ever stayed at. The breakfast was a joke.

Wrong room On the first night of our 3 night stay, we did not get to sleep in the room with the size beds we reserved. The hotel staff said they would send me a discount coupon to use at a future date and to date we HAVE NOT received that discount coupon. The sink in the bathroom did not drain very fast and the carpet in the room we had the first floor felt damp. Not sure if they had a water problem in the past or what.

Room secured for my niece The room promised was "not available." She had been in an automobile accident and needed a first floor room, preferable handicapped. After making the reservation I went to inspect the Hotel which was a total mess. However, the staff promised a handicapped room near the lobby. When we took her to check in that room was not available and they wanted to put her on the second floor. We resisted, so they found another room near the lobby that was available. Dirty Fortunately, all I needed was a place to sleep and I was very tired each night! As a result, I didn't look closely but could see that there were strange splatter stains under the bathroom sink, chipped cabinet edges, a ring in the tub, etc. The customer service was poor - one of the staff was almost impossible to understand because she spoke so fast and it wasn't until my last day that I was made aware that I could have used the pool and other amenities across the street, to name a few examples.

Good location in Brentwood, but won't return. Broken sink drain mechanism likely not a recent problem. Whereas room was clean, stairwells were filthy and no elevator. Desk clerk had never checked out anyone before, had to make 2 calls to learn how.

First room was very dirty, carpet, table, bathroom First room was very dirty, carpet, table, bathroom. Heater did not work. I was moved to a different room which was nicer. Third and Fourth night of stay was very noisy. Hotel staff said they would talk to guest but continued. 3rd and 4th nights got less than 2 hours sleep each night due to noise.

Don't ever stay here! Had to drag my luggage up three flights of stairs because there was no elevator. Bags of trash left by stairwell for two days. Shower head flew off when I turned on the shower. No Kleenex. Stains on countertops, carpet, and all concrete surrounding rooms...YUCKY all the way around!

The actual hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The first room we got had never been cleaned and my husband had to go back to the lobby and try and get another room. Of course we had to drag back down our luggage and then back up two flights of stairs for the second room. I paid extra for a non smoking room and the second room they gave us smelled like foul cigarettes. Several of the lights didn't work, no ice available.
