Not a terrible place, just OK. Could use a general clean up.

You get what you pay for Its not terrible for the price. The staff is friendly and was fairly quiet. We had to reclean the bathroom when we got there and it had an odd smell. Febreze covered it up. Comfortable enough considering low price and good location. Uber to downtown from here is around $15.

Good location if you plan to be in Brentwood. Rooms could be cleaner. Phone in room was filthy-- felt dirty and small dead bugs were under the handset. I also asked for a late checkout, but they could only give me an hour later. Not sure if that is standard.
