There were conflicting cockroaches and several bed bugs.
Dotinjuns don't care. We got a room on the second floor. The pillows were a joke. When the A/C cycled on it sounded like a truck running in the room. I complained to the dotinjun kid at the desk and he basically said "too bad". Wrong answer, kid. It's MY money, and I want another room now. He wanted to "hear it for himself" and took the key to inspect. Came back and said he "didn't hear a problem". And then the fight started. Told him in NO uncertain terms to make me happy. NOW. Was a bit on the dirty side stove did not work and you have to ask for dishes.. very very outdated and tv barely worked and the dresser was falling apart, no hangers! Will never stay here again. The pics online clearly not from there!!
The window was broken. The desk clerk said it just happened today and they didn't have another room with 2 beds. There were bugs in the room. The toilet roll holder was broken. They advertized a free breakfast, but what it actually was was coffee (no lids for the cups), and instant oatmeal (no bowl -- use the coffee cups), and no milk or cream for it. It was useful though -- it taught me to avoid ESA hotels in the future.

Just go somewhere else Worst night ever. Let's just say the room didn't even have a toilet paper holder...or a freaking remote control. Oh, no hangers either. I needed help to figure out how to even open the foolish "phone in the breezeway" to check in, then waited 10 minutes for that person to get to the lobby. Called about the missing remote at like 8pm....yep still waiting on "maintenance" to bring me one a day later post checkout. Beautiful area, Hotel not so much Location was awesome, close to lots to do. Hotel was terrible, dead bugs under air conditioning unit. Bed was hard as rock no padding on mattress. Toilet didn't flush properly. Shower leaked water. It was extended stay with kitchen but nothing to cook with, no kitchen utensils, plates, nothing. This place was just dirty and run down. Be aware that there is no elevator, so you may have to climb up to 2 flights of stairs to get to your room. Will never go back again!
