The hotel 1st room the k/s/f was leaking when turned on, no p/o for the lav sink, holding water, a bug in the room crawling around, the noise was loud from adjacent room the tv was so loud had to turn my tv up to 35 just to hear it, and the snoring was obnoxious loud, 2 hrs of sleep is all i got from that, i requested another room , got to that room it was much better, ended up checking out 2 days early, and to top off was supposed to be handi cap room . Non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in. My husband and I both had allergic reactions with in 5minutes of being in the room. Sheets had burn holes presumably from cigarette ashes. We had to vacate the motel and find alternative place to stay.

This is the first extended stay I've stayed at that didn't have amenities. No dishes or appliances in the kitchen, no coffee maker, no silverware...there wasn't even a trashcan. I don't understand.

Non smoking room that wreaked of smoke. Roaches. Overall dirty

This property is not up to mark of any basic standards of hospitality: 1. Diry rooms 2. Refrigerator does not work 3. Stinky smell in room 4. Room does not open or close, jam doors 5. Toilet clog 6. Phone in the room has no wire, does not work 7. Breakfast mentioned incorrectly, it us coffee and quarkers 8. Stale hot water as if not changed for days, unhygenic. 9. Staff shortage, wait time is high I request refund for this stay. Not recommended till the property has basic amenities. Thanks
Hotels mentioned Breakfast. Only coffee (Luke warm), hot water, packets of oatmeal. Rooms look like photos only aged 10 years with little to no maintenance. Smoke alarm missing. No door lock on bathroom door (looks like someone had kicked door at one time). Remote had wads of scotch tape trying to batteries in and it barely worked on TV.
I noticed that as I walked across the floor that my white socks got filthy. The commode stopped up, and we called the front desk twice, and they finally told us that no one could come to help. It was an extended stay suite. It had a fridge, stove, microwave, but no cups, glasses, or dishes, or any type of pots or pans to use on the stove. We couldn't even boil water for coffee. Breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal.....that's it. nothing else. The sheets were not changed, had stains on them.
