They gave us the wrong room becaise they apparently overbooked. The room they gave us was dorty and gross.

Terrible property and website Property was horribly maintained, dirty, smelled like piss, and things were falling apart. The only effort they made for this room was to make the bed and there's no way in hell I was sleeping on it when I saw roaches in the office to check in. Waste of money and time, refund denied when I spent 10 minutes in the room taking pictures of how dirty it was. Thanks for wasting my money, time, and adding loads of stress to our vacation.

I was given a room on the third floor, no elevator, carried all my stuff and dog up three flights of stairs only to find the key didn't work. Went down to get a new one and there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell several times and no one showed up for 15 minutes. The desk person said there is an outside phone to call, but it was locked. There were opened bags of pretzels in the room, no coffee pot, furniture in bad shape. Our first room had roaches. The management kindly gave us another room, but there were roaches in this room as well and the wall lamps did not come on. The only light was bathroom light and small bedside wall light.
