FRANKLIN/COOL SPRING S**T HOLE The extended stay un franklin was a s**t hole i will never go back there in my life i had bugs in the room the refrigerator did not work and since i got there on a Friday they told me i had to wait until Monday before anything was done about it. I talked to the manager after being there for 2 days she asked me if i wanted to move to other room i said no because i smash all the bugs already and i didnt know if the new room was going to be the same so i just stand... It was okit It was an ok stay was mostly out. It was nice an quite ever night. No apparent problems.

Very frugal hotel The location wasn't far from the event we needed to attend. The hotel was extremely frugal. we were told no housekeeping because we were only there 2 nights. We had 4 towels for 3 people, no wash cloths, hair dryer, nothing for the kitchenette, no coffee maker, disposable cups. There weren't even hangers in the closet. If we wanted to exchange towels we could bring them to the front desk. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins. Not at all what we expected. Average overall Typical of a Hotel that allows long term guests. Terrible breakfast,no Ice vending anywhere on the property. Seemed to be understaffed.Needs a good scrubbing.Front desk personnel very good.

Cool Springs Convenience We were attending a horse show and the location was perfect as was the convenience of a full kitchen. They are also dog friendly and had a great outdoor grilling area.

Extended stay Franklin TN I stayed at this Hotel because my coworkers were staying there. The bed was lumpy, the tub drain leaked, there were bugs that came in under the large gap under the door (ground floor room) The staff when there were polite and helpful, but they were seldom there and the manager had his number on the front desk counter. The Shower was good, and the towels were very nice. Limited TV channels. If you don't want to be bothered at all during your stay this is the place. I changed Hotels after 2 weeks.
