Nice hotel with kitchen and kitchen package The hotel is about 10 miles from down town New Orleans. The stay was spoilt by an incomplete kitchen package which couldn't be full filled because of a lack of plates and bowls on hand. We were also issued with a cracked cup which was replaced when we brought it to the attention of staff.

When I entered the lobby at about 11:00 am I immediately noticed that the floor had not been vacuumed, the glass in the doors was filthy it looked as if it had not been cleaned in awhile. All the surfaces of the furniture including the front desk needed to be dusted and some surfaces looked like it was so old that it would never come clean anyway. The hotel needs a makeover.
