Absolutely no houskeeping service for 8 days. On my eight day, and hour before I was checking out, they came to do their first housekeeping trip. I had to go to desk for towels, sheets everyday, was promised four days in a row that they would do my room but never did. Had to empty my own garbage and cary it to front desk. Had to get my own toilet paper from front desk. The "breakfast" is a humiliating laugh. : breakfast bars and crappy , tiny muffins in little bags.

Unclean hotel Terrible room. It smelled of wet dog. Hot water would only come on after 10 mins of running it. Tv had terrible reception. Bathroom handle was broken off. Doors and wall had stains that looked like blood.

Waste of money Do not expect room service if you stay less than a week. If you want new towels you have to bring them downstairs and they will give you new ones or you can pay extra for them. The "continental breakfast" is instant oatmeal or granola bars. No fruit, juice or milk. Waited a long time for them to make more coffee. Description is better than actual place. Waste of money. Will not stay here again.

Umm Not Happy Turning into the neighborhood, I had my doubts. The outside of the hotel is rather dull. I was expecting an automatic door or revolving door and it was your ordinary push/pull (pretty tough with luggage and bags.) The room was ok, nothing exciting. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator had hair in it. The hot water kept running cold! You can definitely tell this place is old. We were in town one night for the AL/LSU so it was fair for the occasion. If you're super picky avoid this place.

Poor quality and irritating staff We were really disappointed with this hotel considering what we paid. The room smelled old and the bedding was beyond cheap. Their housekeeping policies were not made clear and were not consistent. During our 4 night stay, no one ever came to bring us new towels (and no, we did not use the Do Not Disturb sign). It was just ok Beds were so hard & little smallest queen I've seen.water pressure-regulating was impossible.floor was very sticky...staff was nice...if you are a partying & need s place to throw up this is it! Otherwise spend a bit more is my suggestion

Terrible hotel stay This hotel was awful. Filthy rooms, none of the amenities promised for the kitchen and hardly any basic items to shower and wash up, trash in trash room over flowing daily.

Horrible! First room was not cleaned, had to go back down and the manager came up with me to check another room. The kitchenette was not stocked with anything! I had to request a cup so I could take medications and brush my teeth. I also had to request a hairdryer be brought up in the morning. The neighborhood was very sketchy. I will never stay in this brand again.

Don't stay here. Booked a 3 night stay primarily due to price and yes I paid for it. The room had an awful musty odor that could not be quashed even after opening the window and letting it air out. The bed was uncomfortable with some kind of siding to support the mattress. The restaurant was closed for "remodeling" but there was no work going on so no breakfast. Take my advice and spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.
