small in the hallway was bad

Roaches The staff was very friendly. That was ine thing that i did love about this room. However, we had to kill about 5 roaches. There were also little baby roaches. The first time we saw the roaches were in the barhroom crawling on the floor. Then while watching tv there wasvone crawling up the wall. Then there was another one crawling up the sheet on the bed. I called the front desk and was told that we could move room after housekeeping was done cleaning however never got a call to follow up. We ended up making sure that... read more

AC wasn’t working, fridge was not working, freezer defrosted and water was in our floor! I had to go buy a fan, night shift person at the front was rude about getting towels, rags.
