Death in family trip Family traveled down to Metairie for death in family. Keisha, Lee and John were wonderful to all of us. Their presence and kindness to us helped make our family tragedy a little bit easier.

Great stay I am very pleased with this hotel. The entire hotel is free of the smoke smell, which is our main concern because i have recently experienced that. It feels nice and comfortable with the kitchen. Staff is helpful. And there is even available utensils and pots when we go ask free of charge. Also clean !

Really Nice Staff, but.... The staff was really kind and helpful. That is the best quality of this place. A good value for the area, but generally not that clean, quiet or comfortable. The manager entered my room while I was resting, saying he did not know the room was occupied, which was awkward. I would stay there again if I needed a comparatively inexpensive place to stay near the airport, but will have my expectations adjusted accordingly.

No hot water! No true variety of tv stations! No pool!

Young lady working desk at 1am was very good. Unfortunately the first room that I got had not been serviced, (smelly, dirty carpet, beds not made, etc.) this is clearly an error on the part of house keeping. I went to front desk and was assigned a new room. This time, my room was in perfect condition. Overall a nice place for an affordable 1 night stay. No problems with parking, plenty of space and good lighting.
