Extended Stay Metairie, Louisiana I was very impressed the first time I stayed at this hotel. For the price the room was very clean and everything was in order. I was not as pleased with my second stay. The bathroom had taped areas behind the toilet and under the sink. Old food from the previous customer was left in the refigerator. The entire room needed a paint job as there were smudges on the walls in the room. AC and heat worked. Warm water available for shower. Bed linen clean.

Extended Stay America Metairie/New Orleans Easy access to I-10 and 15-20 minutes to French Quarter. Exceedingly clean. Staff are friendly and responsive.Best Internet fee ever. Suite is excellent: stove top, large refrigerator, utensils, etc., kitchen sink, table, desk, chest, flat-screen TV, lots of towels, etc. You have the option of NO housekeeping or ordering it for a nominal fee. Extended Stay America - New Orleans Overall, Hotel was as expected. Just disappointed that the Kitchen area to use had no pot holders, no soap to wash dishes with, and none was available upon request. It would seem that this would be supplied, if not, this should be listed on the reservation information.

No free Wi-Fi, no hair dryer, no shampoo and conditioner, only one small soap and no dish soap. Bed was stiff so we had trouble sleeping. Overall this was an ok hotel, but I will not stay there again.

We were originally assigned to a room, it smelled like smoke. The second room smelled like lots of room deodorizer attempting to mask smoke. It was extremely strong. The third room fortunately had no unpleasant smell. However, the bathroom tub drain did not drain efficiently. After several minutes, the tub would be quarter full. The room was clean. Parking was easy and the location is convenient. The staff was helpful.

Poor Cleanliness Overall, the Hotel was nice. The people were friendly. I was allowed to check into my Hotel room long before check-in time. It was in a convenient location. What I disliked about the Hotel is that it did not have an ice machine. There are ice trays in the room, already filled, but I didn't like using anyone's ice trays. Plus the ice tray was dirty. Nice stay for The price* FIrst of all,Every Extended Stay hotel is differs in some way from another.(Some serve breakfast and some do not or the layout of the room is alittle more roomier est..) This hotel has a used(lived in) feel about it,but It was very comfortable. The price was great,but There was no specific shuttle service to the French Quarter.(I found out) Cabs are way over-priced,and It`s better to just grit your teeth and park in a downtown garage. All in all,I enjoyed my stay.
