N'Awlins We went to New Orleans/Metairie for Jazz & Heritage Fest. We were on a budget and chose to stay here. The room was not fancy but was comfortable enough. The staff was friendly. The location was not too far from things.

Cozy room Stayed here for mardi gras short interstate drive from the french quarter. hotel staff very friendly and helpful. hotel right off interstate but its a little confusing trying to get to with all the different ramps and exits. rooms need a minor remodel but they were clean just out of date. room service doesnt come unless you request it. you get your own towels from front desk and take out your own trash, which was fine with me because i dont like people in my room. rooms come with icebox, microwave, stove, sink, dis... read more

Short Drive to Downtown New Orleans Enjoyed my stay, though I was only in the room for less than 12 hours. I found that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner..found a few hairs on floor and in tub.

Staff makes this hotel great I stay at this hotel often, the staff is great always accomadating and helpful as I work odd hours. Hotel is convient to I-10 and allot of shopping.

Extended Stay America New Orleans - Metairie Great room at a really good price! It was clean and check was a breeze. No dissappointments here! Had to cancel my first night and wasn't even charged any type of cancelation fees. Even our basic room included a lounge chair, two beds and a small kitchen. Will def be coming back to stay during Voodoo Fest next year. This place is as close as your gonna get to downtown New Orleans. Even a quick cab ride if you get to plastered at Bourbon St or one of the many festivals.
