nice place great rooms and service!
Pretty Good Spot The room was a nice size with a small kitchen and a refridgerator. It was clean and the service was pretty good. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel this is not it. However, if you need somewhere nice, decent, clean and smoker friendly, this is the place for you. Very close to the mall if you want to shop!! lots of resturants with less than 2 miles of hotel.
Great Deal For a couple travelling for 1st trip with infant, having a kitchen was fabulous. The price was great for the weekend of Jazz Fest, which was close by. Getting around was easy and not far from downtown. Easy access to HWY and groceries etc.
Trash Hotel. Needs to be closed! Very nasty, roaches everywhere, wasn’t clean in the lobby, the hallways or the rooms! Looks like it is not taken care of at all! Floors were so dirty looked like it hasn’t been mopped in years .

Beds horrible sleep for the weekend, Sharron VERY RUDE, full size beds for adult travelers is pretty insane! Having to roll my luggage and hold that heavy door was quite disturbing. The need an upgrade BADLY! Sharron said she wasn’t cleaning our room or giving us towels

We stayed in Room 227 and the toilet wouldn’t flush all the time. There was water coming up from under the flooring in the bathroom and out into the entrance. We told the staff about it and seemed to not do anything as water kept coming up when the toilet was flushed. We ended up switching rooms after the toilet wouldn’t flush again. There were multiple broke down cars in the parking lot which we have pictures of. There was garbage all over the parking lot. My stay at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was nothing like the photos advertised on Hotels.com. When I arrived, the space was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The microwave was broken and so was the chair, the bathroom had visible grime. The first room smelled like smoke although it’s a smoke free facility? The next room smelled like a bad body odor! The telephone was totally broken and the shower was filthy! There were the pots or pans no plates glasses or silverware!
