I booked a room at this hotel but our flight was cancelled so we didn't need it. The hotel refused to give us our money back.

The room smelled quite musty, the widows were filthy and the blackout curtains were so old they were peppered with holes. It really was not pleasant at all. The staff were very helpful and the free shuttle to Le Garda airport was a nice extra.

The room needed more cleaning, bathtub was filthy, the toilet was discolored and the beds felt like a twin instead of a full.

Like it was quiet and closed by major stores . Did not like the beds too small and not so comfy. Place needs an upgrade.
