HORRIBLE & TERRIBLE & FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE This had to be the very worst Hotel experience and stay I have ever had. My wife and I got there at 12 midnight, and did not get checked in until approximately 130am. On top of that, the room had no heat when it was 25 degrees outside. Just blowing cold air. The front desk said, they were going to move us, she would call us back. We never received a phone call. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I EVER STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR ANY, IF ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES.

Horrible reservation
The pictures they show on the internet is not a true showing of the hotel the outside looks good the rooms are old and out dated. There are water stains on the wall the first room reeked of cigarette we changed rooms staff was nice.. the so called grab and go breakfast was horrible. The walls are very thin.. i stayed 2 nights will never stay again

Horrible customer care and staff They put me in a room with a defective smoke detector was going off all night, then had the nerve to tell me a non-smoker such as myself was I smoking in the room….. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t stay there not even if you paid me to stay there.
