Dirty room at checkin The first room we were given had not been cleaned. The lights were on, there were boots on the counter, the windows were open, and there were no sheets or blankets on the bed. It was an immediate turn off. While we did get another room right away that was okay, it made us uneasy staying there.

This property uses stock images from their brand and the property is not reflective of those images. Place was dirty and smelt like weed in all the hallways. The room was very dated and did not even have a coffee pot. When I asked for one, I had to go back down to the front desk as the first one they gave me did not work. Horrible experience! Upon arrival, the hotel told me that I had 4 reservations under my name while we were 2 people traveling and booked 1 room.

Roaches Staff was cool but both rooms had roaches, moved from one to the other (roaches were there right as we walked in) and the other room had more in the bathroom when we came back that night.
