It not a friendly place, the room needs an update. The kitchenette didn't have nothing to even make a tea. I would like my money back I just stayed one night.
Terrible terrible terrible hotel This is a terrible hotel! They didn’t provide a bath tub stopper when we asked for it. Their breakfast is basically coffee and some breakfast bars. Someone is trying to save a lot of money with this hotel and I think it’s disastrous!!! Will never stay at this hotel chain again!
Pésimo Pésimo hotel con un terrible olor a cigarro que se pega en la ropa la habitación sucia y desagradable. Pésimo servicio de check in y hotel en general sucio y descuidado. Precio súper elevado para el servicio y recibido. Muy insatisfecha pésimo hotel no lo recomiendo para nada.
Over all not impressed Elevator was broken. We had a room on the 4th floor. TV in the room didn't work. No one to fix, no price adjustment because "the TV is complimentary" lol. Tried to stream on my laptop but they wanted to charge me 1.99/hr or 5.99/day. So I asked if that could be credited back to me since I was only streaming because the TV didn't work AND they couldn't fix it... Not recommending anyone!
Elevator was always breaking down. No enforcement of mask wearing, even by staff members! No quarters for laundry. Maid never cleaned my room during a multiple week stay. Kitchen was missing basic amenities. Some other guests were noisy and rude.
No amenities, no seating areas, terrible breakfast, no drinking water, no coffee machine or supplies in the room. Very disappointed!
