Hotel needs repairs. Room was well used. Sub par. Elevators were both broken. Location is convenient. Staff was pleasant

The location
You overbooked. My reservation for four people was canceled 4 hrs before we checked in. My three children, one in a wheelchair, had no place to stay. And our reservation for the next night was also canceled. Two nights gone. Your policy/ business model SUCKS. We missed the Mets game because we had to find a new hotel. The whole 3rd floor smelled terrible. One elevator was inoperative, and the other seemed to be on the fritz. So take the stairs and bring an air freshener.
