Terrible hotel and service Terrible breakfast and airport shuttle service. We almost missed our flight due to the shuttle delay. kept saying 5 mins 10 mins and came after 35 mins.

This was the worst stay ever!! This was one of the worst stays ever. My room windows didn't close all the way. the heat barely worked. there was still trash on the floor and the floor wasn't vacuumed. There was trash that was in the trash can under the sink. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I will never stay at this place again!! There is never anyone at the front desk. You stand there while they are in the office talking. Horrible Fist off I get to the hotel half hour after check in time and there were no clean rooms available. One girl from behind the counter went running somewhere and came back in 10 min to let me know my room is ready. It doesn't take 10 min to clean a room but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I got in the room I was looking around. Front Desk & Shuttle Driver - Beyond Rude We chose this hotel / motel as it was close to the airport and we had an early departure the next morning. I had asked to confirm the time of the first shuttle, it was 5am and to be in the lobby at 5-10 mins prior. We were in the lobby at 4:45am, and then waited for the shuttle driver. Deceiving Rating/ Clearly a 2-star Motel This hotel should have a 2-star rating so that no one is fooled by what they are checking in too. The staff is very unprofessional except for Amanda the Manager , who is a Diamond in a coal mine. There are zero amenities at this facility This should be listed as a Motel not a Hotel. The only benefit is it's close to LaGuardia Airport but that is not enough to stay here.

Dirty and smelly room The room was dirty. Table and other surface had stain of cup and dust. Carpet wasn't clean. I found popcorn on side of the bed and papers and toys under the bed. Inside of cabinets was dirty and the smell of the room was disgusting. The free breakfast consist of coffee and granola bars. The muffin basket was empty and there wasn't any drink for kids. Very disappointed of this place.

Worst place I've ever stayed Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. This is the first review I have ever written, & only to forewarn others. The floor was dirty, the room smelled of ashtray, the shower smelled of urine, there was hair on the toilet seat , the walls were thin and we could hear the entire conversation of the man next door to us, and we were afraid the sheets may have been used. It was absolutely disgusting & the only reason we stayed here is because it was close to the airport and many other options were sold out.
