Terriable We booked a room 2 weeks ago through expedia. After arriving around 11:30 am on Sat Dec 2nd. We asked if we could park our car there and come back later to check in. We were told by front desk staff we could. She asked for the name the reservation was under. I gave it andcshe gave me a parking permit for my dash bord. We left abd came back around 9:30pm to check in and was told there were no rooms. Was told to call expedia. They were unable to find us a room we were able to get to and suits our needs so i had to dr... read more

Mor a nice experience the hotel is in a good location, but requires a complete change and clean so Tere os no smell on rooms

Staff is extremely rude and not knowledgeable, they took for ever to take care of our request and we had to call multiple times

They were out of toilet paper for 4 days , no clean towels. Coffee area looked disgusting

Local not accomdating First night I was given the keys to an occupied room. Room service scheduled for only once a week. When requested room service I was informed I must pay and additional fee. Extra towels had to be requested during a five day stay. Not the type of service I’m use to. Extended stay is not a choice I’ll make in the future.

during the 4 days nobody help us clean the room and throw the garbage

Should be better This hotel could be much better. The front desk staff is highly variable. Some employees are friendly, other sadly not. The complimentary breakfast is disappointing; looks more like a food bad sample. One day there is no coffee, another day there are no muffins, although missing two hours to finish their schedule. Cleaning hotel staff at the rooms were very nice, but the person in charge of the hotel and those who support him (they sound with a Russian accent or similar), seem unfriendly.
