This is not a hotel, it’s a shelter. The hotel is absolutely horrible! It’s a shelter. In the lobby homeless women were arguing and cursing. I asked an employee named Angel if the hotel is used as shelter and he confirmed that sometimes they do accommodate homeless people. At check in guests are to sign a non smoking agreement. First thing you smell when you walk into the room is cigarettes. Disgusting, dirty rooms. Piece of chewing gum stuck on to the bed covers in what was suppose to be the “better room”. Not the best place to stay. Room smelt like a wet dog. Air conditioning was broken. TV went out and never came back until the morning.

Horrible do not stay! After booking hotel called to confirm reservation, then Expedia called saying room was canceled because of late check-in and the hotel policy was first come first serve?!! After speaking with hotel they honored reservation. I arrived late at night to see several guys stand in front smoking, had to switch rooms twice cause first smelled like wet dog and the 2nd room smoke alarm battery was low so it beeped all night, called for replacement that never came! Will never stay here again! Ever!

One worker at the front desk. Which doesn’t bother me much even if it’s busy. But i was given a room that someone already had. I scanned my card and there was someone clothes all over the place. Was then given another room on another floor and the whole floor smelled like cigarettes including my “non-smoking room” my bed and pillows were very old. Kitchen was dirty and so was the bathroom. The worst yet ever The room smelled horrible like an ashtray it was disgusting I will never again stay here. It was a short stay but even the bed was disgusting!

Bad We had to wait till 10:30pm for towels to bathe. I kept calling. The service was bad

Convenient but not comfortable Room is noisy, bright and small. Cutlery, plates and cups have to be requested at the front desk. Room is bright for sleeping but has a bad view and is dark during the day. It is not a good hotel for a tourist, rather it is convenient for a business traveler or a family who needs to be close to LGA airport or Queens. HORRIBLE DONT BOOK!! WE BOOKED THIS HOTEL 3 WEEKS BEFORE OUR TRIP, I CALLED THE HOTEL THE NIGHT BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ROOM, THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME SHE WILL MAKE A NOTE THAT WILL BE CHECKING IN LATE, I DID NOT KNOW NYC WAS EXPERIENCING BAD WEATHER THE DAY WE WERE FLYING, OUR FLIGHT GOT DELAYED AND DELAYED COMING FROM CANADA, THERE WAS NO WAY TO CALL THE HOTEL THAT NIGHT FROM THE AIRPLANE, THATS THE MAIN REASON WHY I ALWAYS CALL THE NIGHT BEFORE, AT CHECKING WITH MY MOTHER WHO'S 85 YRS OLD AND MY BABY WHO'S 11 MONTHS AT 1AM AF... read more
