U cannot find any one at he front desk and the bed spread was cheap

Waited at the LGA airport to the shuttle about 50 minutes called twice, never arrived had to get a cab. First room I got was open and dirty, At the second room I was offered I felt like in ash-tray

Ugh Had to stay due to cancellation of our flight no shuttle service from airport so we had to pay 180.00 for an Uber then the rooms were so smelly and it was very noisy in the hallway

Dirty, no breakfast like they promise in rhe advertising only core cofe with cookies

Breakfast joke , etc Breakfast staff disappointment fridge with knocking sound no sleep ducks the whole experience

Breakfast false promotion Get up to look for the breakfast room can't smell anything hmm walk to front desk like usual no one to ask until someone came out I ask she says right behind you GRANOLA BARS ,COFFEE AND TEA WHICH I'D COMPLIMENTARY 24HRS IN ALL THE OTHERS EXTENDED STAY all I could do was laugh if I could post the picture I would. Great disappointment including the fridge with a knocking sound thought that someone was at the door so no sleep that night waisted my money for 2 days.

Terrible service and condition We had to take a taxi to go to the Airport unless the hotel has shattle bus to go to the airport. There is no driver for the bus on the day we leave to airport. Bad management! The room and reception were not cleaned and smalls bad we could not stand all night. It was not decent breakfast, no seating area no food.

2 out of 10 Breakfast sucks , parking is a headache and i couldnt get the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Paid a taxi $45 to take me there and they could care less about giving me a refund after i called and confirmed that their shuttle bus will pick me up from the airport.

When we got to the hotel they told us that the hotel was over booked no one send us a email or anything i spent 15 min to try to get another location
