Pass this hotel up Our flight from NYC was cancelled so we had to find a place to stay near airport which wasn't too expensive. Site indicated this hotel was close to LaGuardia. It wasn't. Expensive taxi ride. Hotel was ok outside but old and drab inside. Our reservation had not gone thru your system which caused further delay. It was late and we were tired having waited extra four hours for plane delays. No food walking distance so we ordered in on advice of hotel staff. Food was not edible. Totally disappointed Did not get to stay there because the hotel cancelled my reservation 2 hours before my stay. Hotels.com was unable to accomadate my needs! Had to book a hotel on my cell phone while in the car!

Nastiest hotel I have ever spent the night at Pillows smelt dirty and used. Beds were not attached to wall so when my friend and I sat at the end, the bed flipped up. Carpets were stained and filthy nasty..... And the bathroom.... oh my gosh.... we didn't even get to shower because literally the dirt that was in the tub. (See picture) Needed a vending machine for water, located in laundry room, walked in to people's panties and socks all over the floor(gross and nasty), trash over flowing and a vending machine that the cash ... read more

Very poor customer service. Service is very poor no help from the customer service she did not care about our shuttle service for the airport although I told her at night before and 30 min before going to the airport she said I am not sure about shuttle for u to get to the airport you guys can take uber or cab horrible service.Never will book my hotel with that hotel.

I didn't stay there because they overbooked themse We got a email saying are room is ready, we took a cab there and then they tell us sorry we are booked out! Had my two year old daughter with us, we didn't get to the second hotel until 1:30AM Thanks Expedia for caring about your customers.

Room smelled like curry,and I'm not talking about stepth

Never again Hotel is not what they show at the pictures ,they not have breakfast all smell every way . I am not recommended that hotel to push out from Expedia list

Bad hotel to stay at Girl at reception was very rude. Requested for utensils was told will be in room in 10 mins. Waited 20 called back she said she will send in few moments waited for another 20 mins no one showed up. Had to walk to reception stood there for 10 mins they gave me and had to take to room myself. Hallways had some bad smell. Place is really noisy. Won't suggest to anyone at all.
