Friendly staff. However, the AC did not work and the bathtub looked like it was cracking open with stains and didn’t seem sanitized. For one night it wasn’t bad. But I wouldn’t stay there longer than that.

Great staff Anthony was extremely helpful. I had asked how to get to the subway and he wrote down step by step instructions. It made my trip easier. Also there is a airport shuttle that takes you to and from LaGuardia. The room was very spacious and clean. In the mornings there was fresh coffee and some muffins and granola bars to eat. Wi-Fi very fast ! I have recommended this hotel to my family and friends.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and close to the airprt. Needs a better breakfast.

Staff was nice but i had to call for them to come to counter. My room was nice but the thermostat is broken and had to guess how to turn on the heat
