I've watched this hotel go downhill for the last two months. I stayed there for two days. The first day, the fire alarm went off continuously. The elevators stopped working and the internet stopped working. I didn't receive any housekeeping services while I was there, even though I requested it. The hotel van drivers have no idea the correct area to pick you up at the airport. Every driver picks up someplace different. I will not be staying here again.

Clean room with a kitchen, comfortable bed, nice staff, reasonably priced, good location. This is now my go-to resource when I visit NYC. I have stayed at other places with well-known names, and they have been lacking, usually in cleanliness. Extended Stay will be getting my business from now on.

Quick fix away from home Good spot to stay in a hurry however, traffic in area is heavily congested most times. Close proximity to shops. Should consider another entrance to premises away from traffic or easier road access. Overall good stay.
