Overnight As soon as you entered the room it smell musky and the sheets look like they were slept on. But the night person gladly gave us new sheets and pillow cases. We only stayed the night because we drove up from Florida and we were on our way to NY. Overall room was ok just the smell threw us off.

poor accomodations The room smelled. the sink was leaking. there was no maid service unless ypu asked and paid for it, This is unacceptable. There was no continental breakfast and hotel needs to be renovated

Never again... Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Both my wife and I woke up with sore backs. Room was not very clean. Towels were like sandpaper. Cabinets and drawers in kitchen were completely empty.
Filthy and Filthier! There was hair in the beds, gooey yellow stains inside the kitchen drawers, ladybugs on the ceiling, soap residue on the tub deck.

Sadly disappointed When we got to our floor the hallway looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and had a musty burnt odor. When in the room, nothing is stocked in the kitchen, you have to call down and request any supplies that you may require including plates and silverware. The bathroom had mold in the shower and a large ring stain above the drain. While showering the water wouldn't drain and covered my feet during the entire shower. dissatisfied and want a refund Totally dissatisfied and want a refund. Made a complaint with the hotel and they stated they were unable to refund because we went thru hotel.com. They profusely apologized. The bathroom shower walls was dirty and soap dish had hair on it.
Towels, tissues, TP and beds were all hard. Grab N Go bar very lacking - only Sanka for decaf and only artificial creamers - yuck
