Not again The room was smaller than expected. Did not come equipped with anything unless you asked for it. And the wifi was SO slow I could not work.. unless I wanted to pay additional.

Terrible place to stay Towels and washcloths smelled bad and were brown. The room was not clean and we were afraid to sleep in the hard smelly bed. There was even what appeared to be old blood splatter stains on the walls in the bathroom. The toilette was stained and had a ring around it. Hands down the worse hotel we have stayed in. We had a queen studio. And only stayed there because we needed to be close to the hospital during the blizzard. We will never stay at an extended stay hotel again.

Pretty dull, overall. This hotel needs a little life to it. Felt dead and boring. Whatever breakfast was served was only until 9:30 on Sunday morning. Really? This chain needs a new color scheme. Prefer a more lively ambiance. Beds a little hard, towels very skimpy. Need to ask for everything you need, ie., coffee maker, which is pretty standard at other hotels.

Parents weekend I went to the hotel expecting something different. The staff was nice, very nice. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning. The hallways were strewn with bags of garbage and the hotel smelled like old food. The room smelled like cigarette smoke.
Bad all around! Upon arrival I was greeted nicely, the guy at the front desk had my paperwork ready, including my pet form. I immediately went to the room to 'check it out' before unloading the car. For a room with a dog they put me at the furthest possible room away from the elevator on the 2nd floor. Bad experience I booked two rooms with 2 double queen beds and when I checked in there was only 1 room with 2 Queen beds. They gave me a room with 1 queen bed, that was suppose to be a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. So, we changed rooms. The breakfast include was just coffee and fruit. I had expected a little bit more for breakfast.

The WORSE The hotel is horrible! The rooms smelled really bad. The tub was dirty. There were no plates, cups, forks, spoons, paper towels, etc. no one at front desk after door locked. No one answered front desk phone after doors locked! They say they offer breakfast in the morning and this is a COMPLETE LIE! They offer a grab and go snack area.

NEVER AGAIN!! At the last minute I needed a hotel and this had a great price and decent reviews. That's why I chose it. Turns out the room was dusty and dirty. The bathroom seemed clean until I went I to take a shower after flying and driving all day to find hair everywhere!!!! The bed linens were horrible and the pillowcases were stained!!!! Never again! Will spend the extra $25 next trip.
