Need to do better Me and my fiance stay was Ok on 6/6/14. We had to request another because there were ants in the and for the kitchen there were no paper towels or dish soap. I would think if u had a kitchen the hotel would provide that. The staff is nice.

Nice staff, nasty sheets. I hated my room, felt very uncomfortable from the moment I turned back the sheets and saw the stained sheets. From that moment on I was grossed out. It was only 4 minutes past the six p.m. deadline but they wouldn't give me a refund. That's pathetic.

Not recommended I've stayed at Extended Stay America before which is why I chose it again. This must be an old hotel. First the lobby is smaller than the room I had. They "close" overnight. The room I was given wad infested with ants. The second room had a hvac unit that was so loud it kept waking me up every time it kicked on. The closet had a curtain for a door. Very disappointing. Terrible nights sleep.

Horrible The hotel & it staff all un professional. The rooms are too small the charge for breakfast but the only serve coffee and wen you are lucky tea. I will never ever stay r tell a friend to stay there

Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray... The stench of cigarettes was awful. The mattress was stained. Side table only on one side of the queen size bed. Grout on bathroom tiles never saw a good scrub. Overall, just a bit disappointing...

Hardest bed you'll ever sleep on. I have stayed in hotels all over the US and in Europe. Hands down the worst mattress I have ever NOT slept on. Take a door and lay it down on the floor and put a blanket over it and you get the idea. I really don't know what they were thinking when they put these beds in. To make matters worse I tried to use the WIFI on my tablet and then on my phone and couldn't get on. It allows you to put all your info in and then sign in and that's about it. We will definitely not be going back.

Will not Recommend smelled of smoke. It was supposed to be a smoke-free room. Not clean. Will not return.

Never EVER again! This place was AWFUL! I don't even know where to start. I arrived at my "suite" and decided to take a nap. I pulled down the covers and found hair in the bed. Head hair, body hair, YUCK! I called the front desk to switch rooms and they argued with me. "It must be a hair from the head of the housekeeper". Not unless she rolled around naked in the bed! Not so fantastic The hotel itself was extremely difficult to locate even gps had me in circles, the room was. Clean but the kitchen was very poorly outfitted no silverware or utensils to speak of, the staff was not pleasant but non intrusive . Would not go back there again
