Nice big kitchen Slept uncomfortable very hard bed, no breakfast, mold in shower, no cofee machine in room.
Bedbugs!!! We chose this hotel for a last minute stay, the front desk guy was nice at check in, we got to the room, was tired went straight to bed jumped up out of bed 45 minutes later because my thigh was itching, turned the light on and seen three red big bumps and then I spotted it, the bedbug!!! Don't waste your time and money here. Rude front desk personal when you could track one down from the break room. Getting items such as coffee, soap, dish soap or shampoo was a challenge and chore daily. Breakfast is non existent unless you like granola bars . Never again will we stay at one of these hotels.

Very dirty room The condition of the room was the worst I have ever seen. Very dirty grout. Food still in the stove. Food stains in the microwave. Hairs all over the bathroom.

Hotel Double Charged Me The receptionist was very rude when we checked in & the hotel charged us an additional $76 FOUR days after we checked out. We never figured out where the $76 came from since we paid $89 For the room. The room was decent, the bathroom was a little dirty with trash on the floor when we walked in. Otherwise the hotel was quiet & comfortable enough.

Not at all what I expected. I am familiar with the area...other hotels and this one just didn't measure up. Towels were dingy. And the bathtub just didn't look clean. The room didn't even have any dishes...even plastic cups. I called to ask about ice bucket, in a kind of short tone I was told there are ice trays in the freezer. First of all there weren't and secondly....I wanted ice right then not wanting to wait 12 hours.

NOT FOR FAMILIES! First and last stay at an extended stay. It was a last minute had to have a place to stay situation and it was a mistake. It is for people living there or staying a long time. Not for regular travelers. No ice machine, breakfast a joke, nothing in the kitchen like the ad says. NOT FOR FAMILIES!!!

Dirty Room, Loud The room was dirty. Trash from last occupants was still in the room and smelled. The shampoo was half empty, maybe also leftover from last occupants. The bathroom and room were dirty, wouldn't be surprised if the sheets weren't clean! The air conditioner was so loud it woke us up every time it went on.

Horrible place to stay if hygiene is important to you. We had cockroaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen area, when i told front desk about it instead of being concerned they acted like we were lying . My sheet had holes in it and when we asked for room service they said they on't have any if you stay less than 1 week. There is front staff that every time i saw her she lied about type of room available. I needed 2 queen bed and she said they don't have any available for one week, I booked one on hotel.com minutes later. ... read more
