Older hotel. Staff was great. Extremely friendly & helpful. Average cleanliness.

Fine if you need a place to sleep, but that's it The hotel was basically a place to sleep. No real lobby area and bare minimum amenities. The sink in the kitchenette in our room dripped, which drove us crazy all night. The toilet seat was loose, which was annoying. The beds are doubles, not queens, which I'm sure it said, but just not used to that anymore in hotels. Check-in was slow. Staff was nice. Adequate The hotel was adequate. The hotel staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom could have been cleaner.

I checked late at night, midnight . I couldn't get into the hotel, which I know is good for safety reasons. No one was at the desk. I stood in an alcove for 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. The only other issue was that we didn't realize the rooms weren't cleaned daily. We asked for clean towels and never got them. This is my first time at an Extended stay and didn't know the rooms and towels weren't taken care of each day. The ac was not working properly either. The hotel has easy access to shopping or traveling We were having a women's conference in Delaware, the extended stay was very close to the highway, which made it easy for woman traveling across country and if they wanted to shop they could.
