Trash was not cleaned below the bed. Bath tub was slippery and my kid slipped down. Previously stayed customers used soaps were not even removed from the bath tub. And the water is clogging.

Not returning The only good parts about this trip were the nice young man that checked us in and the beds. Other than that, I can't say anything nice. The room was dirty and smelled musty. There were cobwebs and spider webs everywhere. There was trash in the garbage can from who knows when. The shower felt like you were going to fall through the bottom and the coating was chipping everywhere. The hallway was dark with several lights out and had a strong cat urine odor. I didnt like that a paid extra for a double bed and only got a single bed.

its like a homeless hotel it was not clean in the lobby or elevator i was very upset at the conditions

A granola bar and a bag of oatmeal is not much of a breakfast. It is not what I consider a breakfast.

I didn't check in or stay and was still charged. The information was not present about any fees or charges being made for a no show, only to secure the room. It could've easily been within the same text but that information was not made clear.
