The rooms were very dirty. They were so dirty that my black socks turned white at the bottom. The sheets on the beds were obviously not changed because there was stains and hairs in both queen beds also the bath tub had a lot of hairs in it. We were offered another room and were told to inspect it first but that room was even worse. It smelled like urine and the bath tub also had lots of hair. My room had not been cleaned. The Breakfast offering was meager. But the staff was helpful to get me a clean room. The bathroom shows signs of wear and tear, but attempts have been made to correct the problems.

Check in time 3:00pm I went on 4:00pm but they said Your room not ready wait another 40 minutes

Worst Experience Ever- Do Not Waste Your Money Upon arrival there were stains on the bed we had to come to the lobby to get the bedsheet ourselves cos no one could bring upstairs and even requested for remote cos there was none in the room. It was listed on the website that was breakfast and we were told it’s just a granola bar with coffee and the TV was not working. I would not be coming back to this place

Worst place to stay This stay was the worst ever . We had booked two rooms with king bed and a sofa . When wet reached they gave us the keys to two rooms of which one room (146) was already allocated to a person and it was embarrassing . The girl at the reception then changed and gave me the keys to two queen bed rooms again one was allocated to someone . The hotel cannot even manage the rooms allocated and not allocated . We had to run around u til 3 am to find a room . Ridiculous.
