This hotel was absolutely bad. We walked in and there was a very strong smell of weed and when we went up stairs to our room the first thing we see is a bug on the bed, it wasnt small either. There was also tape on the carpets cause it was all ripped up. We didn’t even sleep a night in that hotel we got out after 2 minutes of being in there and we want our money back and refund cause we didn’t even stay at the hotel

One of the most filthy places I've ever seen in my life Black all over the bathroom tub has all over the beds and a place smelt like marijuana cigarettes and trash It was trash all over the place absolutely horrifying I traveled all the way from Tennessee from LaGuardia airport to this location and I had to stay in my car overnight and had a hospital surgery the next morning It was not a funny events for me I wouldn't recommend anyone go here unless you're absolutely a desperate person

Smells like drugs dirty room I check and told them to cancel my room but they still charge me for 1 night I did in less the 10 min book at counter went to check a room come back and cancel

Rooms were not as pictured. There were several stains on the floor. There were no blankets for the pullout couch and when we called the front desk (repeatedly), no one answered. The staff admitted that the front desk had no staff at it for at least an hour between 10pm and 11pm. My parents room had no bath towels. If you want dishes or a coffee maker, you need to request them in advance- they are not automatically provided despite being an extended stay. The bed was comfy but the pillows were flat.

Rooms were not up to par as far as cleanliness. I had to request a different room because I pulled back the blanket on the bed, and what appeared to be pub** hair(alot of it)was on the sheets. Toilet was clogged in my room. Gross. Staff was very nice. I probably wont be staying here again.
