I had to switch rooms initially because the first one had so many issues including a sticky floor (not just a spot, the entire floor), used baby consumables (e.g. dirty pacifier) left on top of the fridge, gum on the pullout couch, excessive burn damage on the stovetop, and excessive paint chipping on the tub of the shower. The 2nd room was cleaner, however the kitchen and bathroom still had issues, including a cracked countertop and the shower drain had rust damage and mildew. My room had spider web in the room. It was huge and never cleaned. Bathroom has mold and broken fixtures. Carpet is dirty and smells. Paint color drops everywhere. Looks like unfinished job. No utensils in room and cabinets were broken. Very disappointing with the quality of Extended Stay America brand name.

The Worst Stay Ever!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in there was mold in the bathtub, the floors were not clean, noisy refrigerator and air conditioner, unclean. I check out the next day, and would have checked out the same day but the staff is never at the front desk to assist you.

I was really disappointed with the hotel, it was old and not well maintained, for the most part unkempt to say the least.
