I came in on the April 13 and I book a room for April 12-15 and I didn’t get to stay cause they say it’s a no show so how do I get the money back for this room

The bathroom shower was really dirty needs to be remodeled and the hallway light was too dem needs more lighting and new carpet plus the room didn’t have a garbage can

Stay was terrible Room smelled like pee Shower rod was broken Shower leaked water all over the floor because the curtain rod. Bathroom didn’t drain and the repair guy never came Asked for linens They kept saying had none Ppl where letting there kids run up and down the halls all hrs.
