I don’t even know how they are doing business . The entire walkway stinks and smells like trash. The carpets in hallway were dirty. The room appliances were falling apart. doors hinges were broken in room where I stayed. Totally felt I wasted my money.
It was dated which is fine but the bathroom was dirty. The grout had huge black spots in the shower. It was so bad I didn’t even shower
Misleading Listing and Poor Conditions – Not Family-Friendly I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Suites Newark Woodbridge after booking through Expedia, where it stated that breakfast was included. My interactions with the hotel staff were limited, but they were courteous and professional, with no issues to report. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was deeply disappointing. The hallways were visibly dirty and had an unpleasant odor, particularly noticeable at night. This significantly detracted from our stay. Dirty
The shower had dirt or mold all black spots all over it. There was a left over bar of soap on the ledge of shower. And it looked like it was never cleaned. There was no hand soap in the whole place or paper towels. We asked for a kitchen set to cook since there was a stove provided. Nothing to clean the dishes with. The couches were cracked and warn down. Felt dirty. The kitchen cabinets were falling off the hinges. I usually love Extended stay. This location was definitely not a good one. Never going back to this location.
Not the best atmosphere. It felt like a dirty hotel

This facility is in poor condition with really ugly stained carpets, lot of trash in the parking lot, broken, shower curtain, poorly draining shower tub, and lack of kitchen utensils.
