Most unsanitary hotel ive ever been to!! We checked out 30 minutes after checking in. DO NOT STAY HERE

First want to start off with the elevator was out of service. With a new born baby and a 6 year old this stay was very difficult for me having to go up and down stairs with bags , children, stroller. First floor smelt like urine , walking to the stairs. Bed didn't seem to be like a queen size more of a fullsize bed. Shower still had hair from previous tenants. Floor still had areas of dirt. Front desk workers very rude. Coffee and muffins are not a Continental breakfast.

Terrible hotel , the elevators didn’t work. Terrible staffing , hotel smelled like pee & it wasn’t clean.

Horrible Horrible stay. We had to call and complain every, day multiple times due to the room above us fighting, throwing things across the room, door slamming all hours 3am, 1pm, 7am. EVERY SINGLE DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES. We asked for a different room within 1 hour of checking in due to the fighting and we’re told they could not move us. Our kids had to hear this! The issue was never resolved all we were told was “we will call the room”. This hotel worries about their money, not the comfort of your stay!

The worst customer service I've ever had by far! My stay was frustrating to say the least! The kitchen didn't come with any dishes or utensils like it used to and when i asked the front desk for some they said they couldn't bring anything to my room untill the next morning which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen in the room. So I had to go out and buy what I needed to make the dinner I planned on making. Then they wouldn't honor my late check out request for 2pm using my AARP membership.
