You can’t get ahold of hotel staff, there was dirty towels under the sink, hotel was noisy, TV doesn’t work.

Hotel has dogs all over it and smells terrible. We called the hotel the day of our arrival and asked for a rollaway. They said no problem. When we got here they said No rollaways available. We needed one as we had an extra child with us. They ended up bringing an extra mattress to our room to put in the floor! They said it had to stay in the plastic and send sheets and blankets. Very loud people in all the rooms around me and the carpet in the hallway was messy. You could hear everybody moving in the rooms around me and above me

This didn’t feel like a hotel it felt like living in an apartment, people are literally living there, it was very ghetto.

Gross Stunk like mold, dirty, unkept, and uncomfortable.
