When I called to see if I could check in early I was told to call back and then rushed off the phone, when I called back there was no answer. When I showed up there was someone in training and the person in front of me took forever to check in and I was not acknowledged in any way. No rest at all. The elevator was not working had to walk cross the building to get to the stairs, then three floors then across the building to get to the room. Then the lights were motion sensor activated so every time I would turn in bed the lights would go on. So I didn’t get any rest.

Wasn’t what we expected at all, uncomfortable beds, Ac was getting serviced during our stay, lost power to the building, dogs barking at night, staff was not professional or friendly. There was no fresh amenities muffins were stale and no oat meal was stalked we were told they ran out so both days we stayed only coffee was offered. Our room was smoke free but smelled like cigarette smoke and it’s right next to the freeway so we heard traffic all night.
