Well the staff seemed pleasant enough, the elevator Floor was filthy with what looks like someone spilled a lot of food there was spill marks just below the elevator keys Cheerios on the ground. Parking lot and grounds were un kept random litter, sprinkler system has not been used for a long time. A few of the cars more than four in the parking lot or dilapidated and beat up. The room was fine, I was only here for a night to catch a flight out of OAK first thing next morning. The air in my room was turned down to 60F - it was so cold I hardly slept! This place would be great if you arrived early enough in the evening to turn up the thermostat or were here for several days. But next time I'm driving into OAK late at night for an early flight, I will be sure to stay elsewhere.

There are better places Waited awhile for someone to check me in. Hotel is very worn looking and my room had a strange smell that didn’t go away. If you like very flat pillows this is your place- bed isn’t that comfortable. The hotel will charge extra for better internet service which I think is poor service. I didn’t pay for it and one night my streaming stopped working. I think this place is on the expensive side for what you get. I’m staying again because I have a nonrefundable reservation so I’ll see if I receive better ... read more

Stay away!!! We checked in to a noisy lobby with fans going full blast. Plumber forgot to turn off the water to a toilet while repairing and the whole first floor flooded. Then when we take the stairs to the 2nd floor, the whole stairwell REEKS of stinky weed. Our room was right next to the pot smoker and so our room REEKED of that s&*/. We got a different room on the 3rd floor that didn’t smell of pot but was just dark, dank, and not the cleanest. Never Again I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. I stayed at Extended Stay plenty of times and never had a problem this time they claimed I smoked in one of the rooms and that's why they could not book me and that's bulshit because I'm a non-smoker. No one contacted me about the situation nothing was put towards my account about the situation I literally found out when I went to check in and that's unacceptable I had to find another hotel unexpectedly on short notice I will never try to stay at this hotel again and I ... read more
