The property is fine, our room this time was the problem. We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it which is why we returned. This time is a completely different experience. When we entered the room we immediately noticed a heavy smell of incense. I called and asked for another room but was told they were out of rooms with a king-sized bed. The breakfast included was nothing. Only muffins and coffee. We asked for an extra pillow and was told that they did not have one. Then the person at receptionist needed to go to find one from another room.

Checked into the room and found leftover food & crumbs from previous guest. The wall near the restroom in my unit had floor boards peeling off. There was no coffee or tea inside the room & when I went to the "continental breakfast" at 730am there was literally 1 pack of instant oatmeal. That's all.

Unfortunately, the “continental breakfast” only had some small muffins in cellophane bags and very bad coffee. I was told “the manager is out picking up some supplies now” - and it was 7:30 am
