Receptionists did not know how to proceed to admit guest to hotel. Neither in signing out. Very inneficient. Dispute room rate approved by Expedia . Bad smell in halls. Not informed of need to request shampoo and pillows. Overall: bad outfit never again.
I was charged twice for 1 night
Dated and dark, I checked out 5 min after checking in.
Staff was great. Hotel had no amenities even when asked for shampoo. I had to drive 3m to get shampoo. It is not safe for women to stay alone. Doors were unlocked all hours of day.
