I will never stay at one of these hotel chains again
So old and dirty. Smells bad! Bed and linen looks absolutely disgusting! It’s obvious the sheets don’t get changed out or cleaned because one room had a stain on the bed sheet and one room had no pillowcase on any of the pillows.
My first room the sheets were dirty. The second room didn’t have clean towels and there was animal hair everywhere
They changed me for a upgrade in my room because they didn't have the room that was reserved for me.
Roaches on the wall, I want my money back. It’s not worth staying again and I’m not happy about the experience
Nothing to eat around this place- too far from dinners. Weekly room service and bugs in room. No thanks!
