Dirty and Nasty It was the nastiest hotel I've stayed at. Upon checking in the room was dirty and dusty, the sheet has stained, and to top it off the bathroom had feces stain. When I called the front desk the hotel staff told me "unfortunately the hotel was book and they couldn't switched me room"; I requested someone came up and clean the room so she volunteered to come clean it up. It was just terrible!

Poorly maintained, not clean, and nothing comfortable about the place. Ok neighborhood.

On the fritz The plumbing was on the fritz...the water was turned off, twice, once for four hours at our arrival and two days later for 12 hours (6/12/15). Associated banging and cutting and pounding in the ceiling, etc, down the hall until midnight on the12th. Nary a "sorry" and no comp.
Tattered rooms, "out" of promised amenities One of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Our family stayed here for a few nights while relocating, and we really wish we'd gone to a Staybridge instead. They were "out" of stuff that was supposed to be included. E.g., no pots and pans for the kitchen. Breakfast—which I assumed would be the hot breakfast that you get at Holiday Inn, Staybridge, etc.—was actually pre-packaged muffins and apples and granola bars... and they often ran out, even during breakfast hours. Smelled like cigarette smoke The hotel smelled like cigarettes especially the room wouldn't stay again
