Spend a little more go somewhere else Friendly staff but not enough to come back to this hotel. I have a child with food allergies so when traveling with the family I need a kitchen. I almost always book with Hyatt House but decided to give Extended Stay a try because it was a little more affordable and quickly regretted it. Would not stay here again. Grab and go breakfast terrible. This type of breakfast was not listed in ad. Queen bed uncomfortable. Sofa bed too uncomfortable to sleep on. Had to get an extra room. In description of hotel, it was not disclosed that there was no maid service unless you stayed 8 days. We had to go get clean towels ourselves Not anywhere worth price Very minimum of hotel staff but those that were here were very nice. Would not recommend The room smelled like cigarettes despite the no smoking sign on the coffee table. There was no shower curtain, no water pressure from the shower and enough hot water for a five minute shower. Bath towels were the size of an oversized hand towel. The thermostat wasn't working which caused the heater to run inconsistently all night.

one of the most dreary and depressing hotels I've ever been in. stayed 2 hours and left to find other accommodations -- simply awful.

Close to OAK Bed and sheets were dirty, sink was gross. Would not stay here again.

extend stay the reception is poor. young student working on a temp job who really don't give any care on what is going. the room wasn't clean even once. the breakfirst is a joke. Not happy at all.

Good Stay I loved the hotel area, very secluded and calm. The hotel room was good besides the phone not being able to work. I loved the guest service agent that checked us in, I arrived very late and she gave me a very time and actually made my day more enjoyable for it was my birthday. I loved the hotel although I do think there should be at least one more elevator anda bigger variety of breakfast food in the momornings.
