Service I was book for king size bed with sofa bed. When I got to the hotel for check in without let us know she give us queen size bed. When I got to the room it surprised us and I conform again with her.Without any apologize she just said no more king size ( we paid extra when we booked).Ok fine, we just so tired, there's 2 adult and 2 my kids the room no extra pillow, bed sheet and blanket. Room extremely minimal. No cups in room. Breakfast awful. More amenable for housing homeless than for a $200/ per night motel

Horrible dump in the middle of nowhere You need a car to get to this place, but it's not too far from the airport. I was disappointed with the desk employee, although he wasn't rude, his head was in his hands and didn't look as though he could be bothered. I had to ask the directions to my room, about breakfast and checking out time. The hotel smelt damp and the room even worse. The furniture had cat clawed furniture however the bed and TV were nice. Didn't like it. I stayed there for three nights and it was the worst place I stayed at. The receptionist Was never in the front desk we called her to get towels for two days till I got upset and had to go there and ask hem for some. Very unprofessional works. The room smelled like smoke I was next to a person who had a dog and barked all nigh and couldn't sleep it was the worst three days.

Wild place! Well, pretty dirty and different! A fight broke out in hallway! Pretty crazy place to stay! I would suggest bringing a Firearm.

Better choices available in Alameda Had to find a place in town to sleep when tree fell on our house. Check in process close to midnight was smooth, but room itself and amenities the next morning were disappointing.

The room and hallway had a very bad odor. We needed to get airfreshners to stay in the room. Curtains were very smelly. Service was very nice. Great staff.

Hallways smelled like 50 year old carpet soiled with cigarette smoke. Room 122 had a sour smell to the room. Complimentary breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, and coffee. You get what you pay for. Do not recommend.
