Never again I had a late check in due to traveling for work. Lighting in parking lot is was terrible. As a female I was concerned for my safety. I was advised of the breakfast schedule and given my key. I got in the elevator and it was dirty and had a bad odor. As I got off the elevator on the 3rd floor, the odor was overwhelming. Terrible The pictures I saw online did not match what I saw in person the staff was rude the pillows, sheets and blankets had stains it smelled like marijuana, cigarettes and cigars on the whole floor level we was on and it was suppose to have been smoke free it's very noisy you can hear people yelling to each other down the hallway when people are walking down the hallway it always sounded like they were stomping even when you walk down the hallway it sound like you yourself was stomping you can hear doors slamming, people ... read more
Near airport and exteremley noisy. The windows were not sound proof.
Hotel is geared towards serving welfare recipients Room was depressing dark walls etc. had to request plates, flatware, pots and pans. Not provider with a personal coffee maker. Also not provided with dish detergent, towel or dish cloth. Maid service only provided if stay is 7 days. We were not advised up front of that. Pillows were useless, not firm at all! MSNBC was or a network option on the tv, very disappointing during this election season.

this is much in need of renovation. Most staff nice but front desk needs some work. One man was surly and impatient and most unhelpful. Not at all knowledgable.

Don't expect much "Grab and Go Breakfast" lead you to believe there would be fruit, but there were only sugary processed foods. Coffee was meh and not hot. Hope you're not an early riser because its not available until some time after 7am. My Hotels.com search was for 4 people and I screwed up reading the fine print. It fit 4 people, but only one bed. The other "bed" was a sofa bed and the mattress on it was barely 4" thick.

the room was very basic with small kitchenette. We used the sofa bed and they handed you the sheets blanket and pillow to carry up. the kitchen has very few utensils, not even glasses.

Good location, but very uncomfortable stay Good location relative to the Oakland airport. We got to the room and was greeted with a heavy smell of smoke. It was already evening and we had brought dinner so we decided to open all the windows and turn on the fan from the air conditioning unit. After 2 hours, smell did not go away.
