Really bad hotel specially the service really Bad service, dirty bathroom and dirty linen ,ugly bed .

Airport Noise...lower end hotel Located in the path Oakland Airport runway so you do hear noise from the airplanes taking off through at least 1am. I would have put the room cleanliness at a 3 however when I pulled my sheets down for bed there was a ball of hair at the end of the bed. Unfortunately it was midnight and I did not want to change rooms. Slept on top of the bed with a blanket from my car. I have no idea how it could have been missed as the bed was made. Unhappy camper Did not receive customer service. Requested earlier checkin since driving 6 hrs. Needed to sleep to go to a job by 3pm. The staff was not able to accommodate my request, by then I had to work. Don't expect early check-ins like other hotels. So, my job ended at 1 am when I arrived to check-in they said they check-ins are not allowed after midnight. I was able to get a room, but the process was very inconvenient.

Its in a clean area and accessible parking I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel for a lot of reasons. First of all, right when you enter it smells kind of bad, really bad first impression. Second, the room did not look comfortable at all, in addition to that the sheets were dirty and gross. Furthermore, we found out they don't have housekeeping service unless you stay there for more than 7 days which was disappointed because they should add that in the website, and also you have to go down the lobby to get "clean" towels an... read more

Don't stay here. checked into our room and noticed right away that was a huge racket above us. Children out of control. Not just footsteps, sounded like they were jumping of the furniture. We complained to the front desk. It never stopped. When I contacted the front desk in person, I was told someone knocked on the door and no one answered. The end. This was still going on at 3:00 am. Disappointed When we arrived, no one was at the counter to welcome or check us in. We and another guest couple had to wait for about 10 minutes until someone showed up! The breakfast was too short of a continental breakfast! Only peanut bars and small sort of cup cakes and some orange and apples. They also served coffee.

Don't stay here There is no pool. Breakfast was granola bars, fruit and coffee that was never refilled. One of the rooms in our group had bugs in it and it took the them three request to finally clean the room. Beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are worse.
