No Conditioner! No conditioner provided.. The shampoo is a combo of both which was disappointing since I have long, thick hair. Obviously not designed for women to stay there...

Alameda weekend The hotel was clean. Bed was terrible. Pillows aee terrible as well The bed would wakee up everytime we moved. Was extremely loud We arrived late at night. After dinner. There were no towels in the shower. No soap. We called front desk and got some right away Overall it was a good stay. The uncomfortable bed ruined it for us. Hotel. Is nice and quiet. Away from everything. No shops or restaurant walking distance. Make sure you have transportation. Also coffe was VERY bad .

Good Sleep! Bad Breakfast! Nice comfy bed. Room was nice. Free breakfast on the go was disappointing! Not only were guest waiting over an hour late being put out, only thing given were nasty muffins. This location needs to work on their breakfast.

pleasant stay My stay here was pleasant.my first time staying here ,the only issue that I had was not been able to check in early..We should be able to check in early if there is a room ready.why have your guest hanging out in the lobby or in their cars?
