pleasant stay My stay here was pleasant.my first time staying here ,the only issue that I had was not been able to check in early..We should be able to check in early if there is a room ready.why have your guest hanging out in the lobby or in their cars?

They need airport shuttle Needed a place near airport for early flight. No shuttle but otherwise room was ok

Beland hôtel. Cependant, nous sommes arrivés passé 23h et la personne qui nous attendait dormait et nous avons dû patienter 2h à la porte. Innacceptable

Good basic room - very roomy for extended stay. Individual parking slots for cars are very narrow - this might be a California-specific trait.

I love Alameda, but I won't stay here again. The service was horrendous. They didn't have any rooms ready as I was there at 2:30 instead of 3:00 check-in. They said they would let me know when my room was ready. I sat in the waiting area until 4:00 PM. There was no one at the front desk. Delivery drivers were asking me where the front desk person was. Finally someone showed up and I asked if my room was ready and they said "The other guy should have given you your key." As I was packing up, I listened to the front desk worke... read more
