I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was really nice, having the kitchen was a great, clean just what we needed. Thank you very much and see you soon.

They need airport shuttle Needed a place near airport for early flight. No shuttle but otherwise room was ok

Good basic room - very roomy for extended stay. Individual parking slots for cars are very narrow - this might be a California-specific trait.

I love Alameda, but I won't stay here again. The service was horrendous. They didn't have any rooms ready as I was there at 2:30 instead of 3:00 check-in. They said they would let me know when my room was ready. I sat in the waiting area until 4:00 PM. There was no one at the front desk. Delivery drivers were asking me where the front desk person was.
