Oakland airport lodging Things were in good shape and it was comfortable. Value for price is good for the area. Always will have noise near an airport. That's to be expected. I would target this place next time when in the area. JPS

Comfortable for an overnight stay. Basic amenities, TV was inadequate for today's standards. Overall it was just ok.

Good space, customer service could be better. Room ok, sizeable with kitchen amenities. that was essentially the only good. Service was poor, several times had to wait to see anyone at the front desk who said only the minimal words at all. Breakfast was virtually bare minimum (grab-and-go), with muffins, granola bars, coffee/tea and not much else to grab. No room service ever came by till we were asked to leave after our two-night stay so they can clean. Good that we were allowed "late" checkout at 12:30PM.

Comfortable Room, Convenient Location The hotel was okay. However, there were no hangers in the closet or even available on site. Also, the garbage was not emptied. I'm okay with no laundry service, but at least the garbage should be emptied daily.

Second class customer. I did not get the room that I reserved because I was an Expedia customer, but I did get $10.00 off per room. There was a large skunk on the parking lot in the morning.
